RETURN POLICY
At Lady Lorna Designer Emporium, Our In store and Online Refund Policy is as follows – If your purchase does not function correctly, is damaged or the product is different from the one the customer ordered , after inspection the customer has the right to receive a refund , repair , or replacement up to 7 days post purchase. This should include your receipt and tags attached. This refund policy does not apply to Sale / Discounted Items.
Sale / discounted items purchased , we offer exchange only.
